Relive 1968 in 2008 as folk music icon Arlo Guthrie performs at Lock 3 Park on August 8th at 7pm.Fresh from his appearance on Tom Browaw's 1968 special, Arlo Guthire (the son of folk legend Woody Guthrie), will bring his own unique brand of thought provoking lyrics and quick wit to the Downtown Akron.
Opening for Arlo Guthrie will be talented singer and pianist Vienna Teng. Admission price $5.
On Friday night August 7th, Rock the Lock presents Kashmir, A Tribute to Led Zeppelin with Half Cocked at 7pm.
